Product engineering with roots in connected cooking equipment.

Own products and custom projects for manufacturers, across the physical and digital sides of a product.

Boneless Grills has been developing product technology since 2012. Our work brings together custom electronics, embedded software, mobile applications and cloud services, with experience rooted in cooking equipment and thermal control.

Today Boneless Grills develops its own products, including TempPro, Royal Pro and Rifle, and custom projects for many manufacturers. The same approach applies across product categories: start with the equipment, the people who use it and the problem to solve, and integrate AI only when it adds a concrete function.

That background shapes how we approach a project. We start with what the equipment must do, how people use it and how it will be maintained. The digital experience follows the product’s real behavior and constraints.

Define it before you build it.

Product requirements, available technology and architecture are part of the engineering work. Boneless Grills can help with those early decisions as a standalone engagement or continue into electronics, prototypes, software and integration.
