Control electronics built around how the equipment operates.
Connect sensing, actuators and embedded behavior to the physical process.
Temperature, airflow, fuel delivery and user input interact inside a product. Boneless Grills develops electronic and embedded control systems around those interactions, with experience rooted in cooking equipment and a focus on thermal applications.

Start with the operating behavior.
We define operating modes, sensors, actuators and local interfaces around startup, normal operation, shutdown, maintenance and fault conditions. Connectivity extends that architecture with useful information and permitted controls.
Pellet grills, smokers and stoves.
Assess temperature sensing, fuel-feed and airflow interfaces, operating modes, status reporting and the user controls needed for a particular appliance. A scoped project can focus on a controller, a connected interface or the integration between them.
Electronic interfaces for gas appliances.
Assess electronic valve interfaces, sensing and local control logic within the appliance’s safety architecture. The starting point is the actual valve and burner system, its operating requirements and the functions the manufacturer wants to support.
Other thermal equipment.
Explore controllers for heating, drying, curing and temperature-managed processes. Define the process, the operator’s decisions and the information needed for monitoring or service.
What we can develop.
- Sensor and actuator interfaces, controller electronics and embedded firmware.
- Operating modes, local displays, alarms and diagnostic information.
- Integration with apps and cloud services for appropriate monitoring and controls.
- Test plans for agreed functions, fault behavior and connectivity loss.
Safety stays local.
Gas and thermal products need project-specific safety engineering. Independent local interlocks and protective functions must remain effective without the app, internet connection or cloud service. Remote commands must not bypass those safeguards.
Remote ignition, unattended operation and remote safety reset are not assumed features. Any proposed function needs an appropriate safety assessment and validation for the complete product and intended market. The project defines responsibility for analysis, testing and any conformity or certification work.
